Eruca vesicaria
A leafy green annual herb with a distinct peppery flavor. Arugula is a popular ingredient in salads, sandwiches, and is also used as a garnish.
Growing Tips:Direct sow outdoors 2-4 weeks before the last spring frost, when soil temperatures are 40˚ or warmer.
