Petroselinum crispum
A popular herb used widely in Mediterranean cuisine with flat, dark green leaves and a delicate yet slightly peppery flavor. It is a biennial plant that produces leaves in the first year and flowers and seeds in the second year.
Growing Tips:Sow outdoors 4-6 weeks before your last spring frost, or start indoors 6-8 weeks before your last frost date.
