Shipping Policy
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on spadetofork.com and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a variety of shipping methods.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At the moment, we only ship to the United States.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We ship only on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 12 P.M. PST will be processed the following business day.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
You may return your unused, unopened items within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund of the purchase price of that item (excluding any shipping costs). Opened items may not be returned. To start a return, contact us at returns@spadetofork.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
CAN AN ITEM BE REFUNDED?
If the item being returned is defective or if the incorrect item was shipped as a result of our mistake, we will provide a full refund, including the costs of shipping. You can always contact us for any refund questions at returns@spadetofork.com.
